Pumpkins and Apples

We went to Paulus Orchids in Mechanicsburg to pick pumpkins and apples with the MOMS club. The kids had great fun again this year.

Kristen with her "perfect" pumpkin.
Showing off the apples they picked.

Yes Ben we see your apples, how about your face too? : )

So sorry Matthew, didn't realize I had your face covered. : ) Matthew was so good. He just hung out in the baby carrier the whole time with out making a peep.

Lauren, Avery, and Zoe were along too.

Our Trip to Washington State

We were hoping to get everyone together for a family picture. Unfortunately my older brother and his daughter and girlfriend weren't able to come.

All the ceilings had this cool pattern original to the house.

We were very excited to be able to go home to Washington for about 10 days. We had a great time with the family and friends that we were able to see. We started the trip off by staying at Fort Columbia in Scarborough house. It used to be a hospital when the fort was in opperation. My grandparents and aunt Kathy, Uncle Donny, CC and aunt Debbie were able to come stay with us there. We even were able to spend half a day at the beach without it raining on us.

The construction cake.

Elmo cupcakes didn't really go with the construction cake, but Kristen got them for her birthday and Ben wanted them too.

We had a birthday party for Ben on Sunday afternoon. We had a great time with our friends and family. Josh took everyone on a hay wagon ride around our property again this year. The kids really seemed to enjoy it. Even Matthew went on his first ride.

Ben's First Day

Ben started preschool today and will be going Tuesday and Thursday mornings for 2 and a half hours. So far he is really enjoying it. Kristen didn't even miss him too much. I was thankful that Ben just ran off to play with the toys and didn't bawl like one little boy did long after his mom left. It made it so much easier on me. : )

Just playing around

Yes her hair is a mess, but she is happy.

Our big 5 month old, sitting briefly on his own.

I took a few pictures while the kids were all playing nicely together. Its times like these that I think, yes I can do this.

I'm back

Okay so I guess its been almost a year since I've updated this. I'm not sure if anyone was looking at it or not or if anyone will in the future, but I'm going to try harder to keep this going.

A lot has happened in the past year but I'm just going to start from recent happenings around here.
